 What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as certified checks, money orders, bank wire transfers and Paypal in Canadian funds only.  Customers that pay via bank wire transfer receive a 2% discount on the price of the item.  If you need to initiate a wire transfer, please contact us for detail at 416-222-8222.

When will my credit card be charge?

It generally takes 5-7 business days to process an order.  Your credit card will be charged within that period.  Generally the card is charged immediately to secure the stock.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice?

Login to your account and select order status in the account navigation.  Choose the product and click view order details.  In the top right navigation plane choose print invoice.

Do you offer financing?

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Once your return is authorized and returned and inspected by the returns manager the remaining balance will be credited to your credit card.  For more information please check the status of your return request or call us at 416-222-8222
